Nuffield Health
Nuffield Health is the UK's largest healthcare charity; with 37 hospitals, and 114 fitness and wellbeing centres. They have a legacy Saleforce CRM twinned with Marketing Cloud. Salesforce is being used by teams across the organisation particularly the marketing and call centre teams. The head of CRM was concerned that the organisation was not fully leveraging it's investment in Salesforce, and wanted to ensure a smooth path to number of digital engagement initiatives. We were asked to complete a full review and health check. This encompassed Salesforce and all key systems processing customer data.

The conclusion of this was encompassed in a roadmap with business cases for each delivery phase. This was divided into tactical (short-term) and strategic (longer-term) initiatives. This has allowed Nuffield Health to find a path forward with digital customer engagement plans, and directly improve the efficiency of the call centre team.
Connect It Utility Services
Connect It deliver gas, water and electrical utility connections to their customers. Their business was rapidly expanding and they had out outgrown their current systems. They were looking for a solution that could deliver scalable, agile, end-to-end business automation. From efficient estimation, through to operational logistics, and coordinating delivery teams on site.

We architected a new strategic Salesforce solution to meet the business' expanding needs. Starting from the automation their estimating process using product bundles, through to despatching teams and materials to site. Warehouse stock management is entirely managed Salesforce with world-class order tracking, goods-in, and shipping processes.

Salesforce has allowed Connect It to scale, improve team utilisation and increase operational efficiency. The journey continues with new initiatives, all realised through Salesforce.
deSoutter Medical
deSoutter Medical are a medical equipment manufacturer, and after a failed project with a prior partner, we were engaged to build and launch Salesforce Sales Cloud for the UK team. This incorporated territory management, forecasting/dashboards, custom quote generation, bespoke product selection, and Sage 200C integration. This was successfully launched in the UK, then later enhanced with full language support for the international teams.
Sunpower Group
Sunpower Group develop and resell specialist electronic products and components through a number of brands. They had a need to update their existing systems to support their business expansion, and allow the business to scale.
We were engaged for a Salesforce transformation project incorporating Sales, Service, Pardot, Customer and Partner Communities, and integration to Sage. A simple CPQ solution was developed to allow volume price breaks, discounting and suggested upsell products.

This was launched and enabled Sunpower to meet it's expansion goals, and Salesforce remains their core strategic platform with integration to their new Netsuite ERP system.
